At Connect2Self, what we’ve seen and experienced ourselves while working in corporate environments, is that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder or doing more.

When the nervous system feels supported, the layers that no longer serve us can gently fall away. From this place, self-trust, self-worth, and emotional regulation aren’t forced they’re felt. And when people feel safe in their bodies, they’re able to show up more present, grounded, and connected at work.

Through breathwork and nervous system regulation, we support individuals and teams to teach the body that it is safe-

Sessions are:

  • Trauma-aware and professionally held

  • Grounded, practical, and accessible

  • Designed to support regulation, not emotional overwhelm

  • Inclusive, choice-led, and respectful of individual boundaries

Breathwork is primarily floor-based to support emotional regulation, with alternatives always available. Participation is invitational, people are encouraged to listen to their bodies and engage at a level that feels right for them.

What a Session Looks Like

Each session is guided intuitively while following a clear, safe structure:

  • Gentle arrival and grounding

  • Simple nervous system education (practical and relatable)

  • Guided breathwork journey (regulation-focused, with light activation where appropriate)

  • Restorative settling and integration

  • Private journaling reflection

  • Practical take-home tools that can be used at work and in daily life

There isno forced participationandno requirement to sharein the group.
